We’ve been watching this spot since it has opened its glass doors a couple of months ago, but it was still not quite ripe yet – and now it certainly is. And we can’t be happier about it, ’cause Nest kinda covers all our needs. Great kickass coffee – tick. Homemade cakes – tick. Hushed indie tunes – tick. And the last but not the least – a tranquil coworking atmosphere, which reigns here. The concept of the space is to become your home away from home, and as we all know it, home is where the WiFi is strong and free, where you can stare in your laptop all day long and you can always put your hand in that grandma’s cookie jar.
The cafe was opened with that digital nomad tribe in mind: you are really welcome to come and spend your day working. Or pretending you’re working;) Or just loading yourself with caffeine and going through the collection of Kinfolk magazines ignoring that intrusive deadline. Or joining the live drawing session going on upstairs (check Nest’s Facebook page for the updates).
Honestly, we won’t call this place a “home away from home” – to us, it’s more of an “office away from office”. The only kind of office we won’t mind spending time in, while in Bali, really ?
